ith an annual gas bill for heat and hot water of $530, this 2,700 square-foot Colorado home is truly energy efficient. Structural insulated panels, an air to air heat exchanger, a high efficiency combined hot water heater and heating system and an attached sunroom all contributed to the energy savings. The home is a recipient of the Colorado Governor’s Energy Award.
